If you need a list of the installed plugins in your Moodle you need to click in 'Plugins overview' in the next path...Home / ► Site administration / ► Plugins / ► Plugins overview
You will see a list of all plugins with the version number, release, availability (enabled or disabled) and settings link.
As well you can filter the list and 'Show additional plugins only'
Plugin updating from within Moodle
An administrator can enable updates deployment in Administration > Site Administration > Server > Update notifications. Then when updates are available, 'Install this update' buttons are shown on the Plugins overview page.
